Services and project agreements
Consulting, AI voice agents, custom AI agents, automation, and website projects are performed under a separate written proposal or agreement that defines scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables. If that agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.
Client responsibilities
Successful projects depend on timely access to the information, accounts, content, and decisions we need. Delays in providing those may affect timelines.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules, and any deposit requirements are stated in your proposal. Work generally begins after the agreed deposit is received.
AI limitations
AI systems are powerful but not perfect. Voice agents, assistants, and automations can occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete output. We design safeguards and recommend human review for high-stakes decisions, but we cannot guarantee error-free results or specific business outcomes.
Third-party platforms
Some deliverables depend on third-party platforms and their pricing, availability, and policies. Changes made by those providers are outside our control.
Intellectual property
Ketialiteinc branding, site content, and templates remain ours. Work product created specifically for your project transfers to you as described in your agreement, typically upon full payment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ketialiteinc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.
